Blair Lumber is a first generation lumber and building materials business.  Blair Lumber Co., Inc., started their business at the Cohoes location in March of 1990.  It was previously called Cohoes Lumber and Building Materials, Inc. before the Blair Family purchased the company.  Frank, Mary Jane, and Scott Blair were not new to the lumber and building material business when they purchased the company in 1990.  Collectively they have over 40 years of experience in the industry when they purchased the company.

The Blair Family together with their employees have created a truly unique store and company with a full line of building materials and hardware. The store and company was developed to serve, "You", the customer with "Quality" products and "GREAT" service.
